We help clients navigate the process, coordinate with licensed immigration, tax, legal, real estate, banking, and insurance specialists, and connect them with the right resources.

GPN is a coordination and advisory service. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed immigration practice. Nothing communicated by our team, our website, or our automated messaging assistant constitutes legal, tax, immigration, financial, or medical advice. Specific legal, tax, or immigration questions are referred to qualified, independent licensed professionals.

3. Automated Communication

Initial inquiries submitted through WhatsApp may be handled in part by an AI-assisted messaging system, which qualifies your inquiry and helps schedule a call with the appropriate specialist. This assistant does not provide professional advice and will escalate any sensitive or complex matter to a human team member.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when engaging our services and to seek independent professional advice (legal, tax, immigration, financial) before making relocation, investment, or residency decisions.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee approval of any visa, residency, business registration, or investment outcome. Timelines and requirements are determined by Panamanian government authorities and are outside our control.
